District Membership Seminar - YARANA, 31st August 2025. The RC Burdwan hosted the Event of RID 3240 for the year 2025-26—the District Membership Seminar “Yarana “2025,-26.The seminar brought together Rotarians across the district to share ideas, strengthen bonds, and celebrate fellowship.The evening began with a felicitation of dignitaries, including Chief Guest DG Rtn. Dr. Kameswar Singh Elangbam and Guest Speaker PDG Rtn. Jhulan Basu, followed by the Welcome Address by Club President Rtn. Dr. Saida Parveen. Ceremonial Lamp Lighting and Ganesh Vandana set a dignified tone. Inspirational addresses by Seminar Chair PP Rtn. Dr. Mahmood Hossain, & the chief guest, DG emphasised the importance of membership growth and retention.Two engaging panel discussions formed the heart of the seminar. Cultural performances, induction of new members, and the launch Of the souvenir “YARANA” added vibrancy to the event.The seminar concluded with an inspiring address by PDG Rtn. Jhulan Basu .
