Regular Weekly Meeting of Rotary Club of Burdwan is held every Thursday evening, at 7 PM in summer and at 6:30 PM in winter, at our club Building Rotary Bhaban, Borehat Kalitala, Bardhaman. At first all the members have tea and snacks and maintain the fellowship and friendship for half an hour before the meeting. Then the meeting is called to order by the President and the R.W.M. begins with singing The National Anthem followed by reading out the Object of Rotary and the Four Way Test. In the RWM, we discuss, with the members, about the upcoming projects and plans and also discuss about the previous project which we have already done and share with the members in Presidential announcements. This is followed by giving Rotary information, fellowship announcements, the Committee announcements and Sergeant At Arms announcement about the attendance of the members.
